DELIVERY, RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a friendly return and refund policy to ensure your online purchase is free of stress.

What is Return Policy of Craftonart?

1. Products which you received in "Damaged" condition.
2. Products not as per description/photo on the website.
3. Products which you may not like for quality, colour and design related issues.

All the products must be returned in the original condition as they were received in along with any bills and labels. By sending email to support@craftonart.com with images of products you want to return , within 3 days of delivery. Please mention your order number in the email.

After we have reviewed your return request, you will receive an e-mail with instructions on resolution or return of your item. Please allow us three days time to respond to your return request. When you're returning an item that was damaged or not liked, please pack well when you are returning the product so that it reaches us in good condition.

The amount you paid for the product plus any shipping paid at the time of return will be directly refunded back to your bank account /credit card / debit card within 15 working days of refund. Remember that items have to be returned to us directly by you. Once we notify the receipt of the returned item, we will credit the amount back to you within 15 working days(does not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

craftonart.com provide FREE delivery on most items in India. Some items may have shipping depending on the nature of the product. prices listed in INR are only for India.

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated time of delivery is within 7 working days for domestic orders.

How will the delivery be done?

We try to process all deliveries through reputed courier companies like DHL and Fedex. In some cases where the pincode/zipcode is not servicable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post for those deliveries. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.

Return Policy

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us (it happens, you're human), we can refund the purchase price or exchange those products in the country in which they were purchased subject to the following conditions:

• Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase.
• Gift cards, personalised products, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange if you change your mind.
• If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online) will be refunded to you using the original payment method, once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above, so make sure you post it back to us in good time.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us including any currency conversion and/or local or international taxes but this is pretty rare.




What is craftonart Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order until it has not been Dispatch. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made
